Questions
Does MCPify include an AI chat?
No. You keep using the AI client you like; MCPify is the safe bridge between it and your store.
Can the AI change things without asking?
Only what the connection allows. Start with read-only access; for changes, the built-in instructions tell the AI to show the plan and wait for your approval.
What happens to my customers' data?
Customer data is off by default. When it is off, names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are removed from everything the AI receives.
Can I stop access at any time?
Yes. Revoke a connection or disconnect a single AI client with one click. Uninstalling the app cuts off every client immediately.
